TOURS IN GROUPS
A maximum of 8 participants from the age of 18 years
About 4 h course duration + 1 h lunch break (The group starts the tour at 10 a.m.)
The meeting point may vary and will therefore be announced with the booking confirmation. We will meet at 09:30 a.m. at the latest. There will be a small welcome round.
During the one-hour lunch break there is the possibility to have something to eat. Participation at the lunch is not obligatory. Each participant is responsible for their own costs.

  • Technically correct mountain bike and equipment

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • We recommend carrying at least one bicycle inner tube, puncture tools (bike multitool, tyre levers etc.) as well as rainwear, sunscreen and tick protection if necessary.

Intermediate

TOUR CONTENT

  • Tour through the Teutoburg Forest, the surrounding fields and along the channels - mainly paved paths (forest paths, field paths, road)
  • Combination of paved paths and unpaved paths/easy trails
  • Beautiful viewpoints with an impressive outlook
  • Frequent differences in height from flat sections to medium-difficulty slopes and fun downhills
  • Sophisticated tour for riders with experience in off-road terrain, returning riders and enjoyers

  • Technically correct mountain bike and equipment
  • Experience on the bike, good physical fitness
  • Approved, undamaged helmet, gloves and glasses
  • Snacks for in between

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • We recommend carrying at least one bicycle inner tube, puncture tools (bike multitool, tyre levers etc.) as well as rainwear, sunscreen and tick protection if necessary. Furthermore, we suggest that you only take part in the medium-difficulty tour if you are physically fit for it or have experience on a mountain bike and off-road.

  • Mainly off-road paths, trails and single trails
  • Repeated challenges such as blocked terrain, steep hills, barriers and technical sections
  • Steep uphill sections, mostly uneven and challenging terrain or changing height profile, changing ground.
  • Very challenging tour for experienced riders, passionate hobby riders and ambitious athletes

  • Technically correct mountain bike and equipment
  • Sehr gute Bike-Beherrschung, Fahrtechnik und Geländeanalyse
  • Hervorragende körperliche Verfassung
  • Approved, undamaged helmet, gloves and glasses, protectors if necessary

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • We recommend carrying at least one bicycle inner tube, puncture tools (bike multitool, tyre levers, etc.) as well as rainwear, sunscreen and tick protection if necessary. Please only take part in the difficult tour if you already have experience on trails, in difficult terrain and on loose ground. To participate, you should be in very good physical shape, have good fitness and be able to cope with unexpected challenges.
